One of Takeda’s many beautiful office locations resides within Lexington MA. NECM was tasked with the redesign and installation of this 15,000sf hardscape along with drainage and utilities. The project consisted of the removal and disposal of concrete sidewalks and permeable concrete pavers in preparation for an all-new design. The existing permeable subbase was salvaged as the new proposed hardscape was to maintain its permeable properties. In addition to new permeable pavers, detailed concrete walkways were installed accenting the area.
