Right in the center of Downtown Lawrence Greater Lawrence Community Action Council Inc. is a newly reconstructed apartment building providing 39 units of affordable housing and 8,400 sq ft of rental space. NECM took part in restoring this building from the ground up. The scope of this project included underground plumbing, creating the appropriate water and sewage, and installing the correct fire protection. Above ground we installed all new sidewalks surrounding the building.
