In the bustling hub that is Arsenal Yards, located in Watertown MA, what was once The Miller Ale House at 617 Arsenal Street is in the process of undergoing a full-scale renovation, into a Life Science office building. NECM will play an integral role in facilitating this process. We’ll be undertaking everything from site demolition, export of soils, implementation of water service and underground electrical, all the way to the installation of a completely redesigned infiltration and draining system. We will also be taking on the installation of all new pavement and curbing, as well as exterior ground improvements.
